These Terms apply when you visit Mooze, join the early-access list, or work with us on app ideas, MVP planning, and launch support.

Early access

Mooze is in early access. We may limit availability, change the experience, pause applications, or adjust what is included as we learn from the first group of builders.

Launch support

If selected for early access, we may provide app idea guidance, MVP scoping, build-planning help, and live launch support. Any support is provided at our discretion and does not create a guarantee that we will build, maintain, fund, market, or operate your app for you.

No revenue guarantee

Mooze does not guarantee that any idea, app, build plan, launch support, or recommendation will make money. Outcomes depend on market demand, execution, pricing, distribution, compliance, and other factors outside our control.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own product, business decisions, customer promises, legal compliance, privacy obligations, and use of any third-party tools or platforms.

Not professional advice

Mooze content is for informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice.

Feedback and submissions

If you share feedback, ideas, form responses, or suggestions with us, you allow us to use them to improve Mooze without owing compensation or credit, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mooze to break the law, infringe rights, scrape or attack the website, submit harmful content, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with us.

Third-party services

Mooze may link to or rely on third-party services such as forms, analytics, hosting, social platforms, and AI or builder tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Mooze evolves. If changes are material, we will update the date on this page.
